Why is the Mega Ball range 1 to 24?
Mega Millions changed its format in April 2025: the ticket price rose and the Mega Ball pool was reduced from 25 to 24 numbers. This generator uses the current 1 to 24 range.
Does a random pick give me better odds?
No. All combinations are equally likely, so a generated set has the same chance as any hand-picked one. It is purely for convenience.
What are the odds of the Mega Millions jackpot?
Roughly 1 in 290 million to match all 5 numbers plus the Mega Ball. A generator does not change your odds.
How many sets can I make at once?
